The Novastar VX-600 is an all-in-one video processor suitable for small to medium-sized LED display installations. It can handle up to 3,900,000 pixels in total, with a width of up to 10,240 pixels or a height of up to 8,192 pixels, making it ideal for ultrawide and ultra-tall LED display applications.
The VX-600 offers a wide variety of video inputs and allows seamless switching between multiple input sources. It also supports up to three levels (1x main / 2x PIP), scaling, low latency, and Gen-Lock.
In addition to the integrated sending card with 6 Ethernet ports, the VX-600 also offers the option of installing an SFP module. This module allows for distances greater than the 100-meter limit of Ethernet cables and enables the use of an additional VX-600 fiber connector (fiber mode) or CVT10 connector, which in turn drives its LED displays. The second fiber output serves as a backup and will automatically take over if something happens to the primary output («Output 1»).
For controlling even larger LED display installations, the image mosaic function is available. This allows you to combine up to four VX-600 units.
The displays can be configured via USB and Ethernet connections. The modern 1U enclosure fits perfectly into a 19″ rack or enclosure, making it ideal for rental companies and fixed installations.
